The hotel is conveniently located right by the port, making it a great choice for those wanting to catch a ferry or cruise. The views from some of the rooms are stunning, offering a picturesque view of the bay and possibly even Mount Vesuvius.
The check-in process could use some improvement, as some guests experienced delays and confusion upon arrival.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is very close to the port, making it convenient for those who want to take a ferry to nearby islands. there are many restaurants and stores nearby, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping. The staff at this hotel were helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and made sure that all of my needs were met.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was close to the port, making it easy for me to catch ferries and explore the area. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms on the 7th floor were comfortable and had a balcony with a pleasant view.
Everything was great and there's nothing I would change.
